Starleen’s Studio is a professional soft glass beadmaking studio located in Southern New Jersey.
Our goal is to provide private courses in beadmaking that adapts to each individual’s approach to learning hot glass as an artistic medium of choice. Starleen is an experienced, highly skilled artist who specializes in fine gallery quality floral construction and encasement. She is a published glass artist with a passion for training, encouraging personal artistic vision, and the practice of excellence!

We make getting to the studio and finding a hotel EASY! Out of State and International students that arrive from the Philadelphia Intl Airport are shuttled direct from the airport to their hotel located 10 minutes from my private studio. The travel time from the airport is a short 25 minutes!
AND IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE GETTING TO AND FROM ANY OF THE HOTELS ON OUR RECOMMENDED LIST, A STUDIO APPRENTICE OR STARLEEN WILL PICK YOU UP/DROP OFF DAILY !

We only offer individualized instruction with the maximum of 2 students to ensure that YOU receive all the personalized attention required to master all topics at your own unique pace. This ensures that you are not competing for the instructor’s attention. If you need to book additional friends or family members for the same class call as exceptions may be granted FOR UP TO 3 students.

The studio is equipped with 4 torch stations like the ones shown to the right and below. Students work at their own torch station without exception.

Every torch is hooked up to individual ventilation 1800 CFM units for superior studio ventilation. Some are set up "European style" as shown to the right, and others have a traditional hood unit above torch.
